Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no updates for 7 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
